How do I get paid for my rentals?
Renters pay you directly via the method you specify in your profile (M-Pesa, Bank Transfer, or Cash). LensHub does not hold rental fees; we only charge the monthly subscription for the profile.
Is my equipment insured?
Currently, insurance is the responsibility of the equipment owner. We recommend requiring a deposit or contract from the renter. We provide templates for rental agreements to all premium members.
What happens if I stop paying the 100K fee?
Your profile and listings will be hidden from public view until the subscription is renewed. Your data will be saved so you can easily reactivate later.
Can I list items other than cameras?
Yes! You can list lighting gear, audio equipment, drones, tripods, and studio spaces.
